⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience! We had an excellent dinner at The Hangry Bison – Winter Garden. Our server Niki was outstanding—very attentive and friendly. Manager Kyle also checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The food was fantastic and beautifully prepared by Chef Frank: • Bison Carpaccio with arugula, Parmesan, and aioli — delicious. • Seared Fish with Lemon-Caper Cream, served with garlic green beans and rice pilaf — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. • We finished with a crème brûlée and a creamy house cocktail served in a martini glass — the perfect ending to an amazing meal. A special thank-you to Eric Burns, Director of Operations, for the invitation and for making our visit truly memorable. Congratulations to Chef Frank, Kyle, Niki, and the entire team. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

This is a great lunch spot to bring friends. Me and a few friends stopped in and they both got the Bison Burgers. I decided to the Short Rib Burger. Zero disappointment on my end. I got my burger medium rare but I probably should have ordered it rare. I’m one of those just bring me the cow type of guys lol. Corn wasn’t the highlight of the meal but still a great addition to the meal. The only bad thing I can say is the Fried Green Tomatoes were not the ones my Granny use to make. So I’ll never order those again. The atmosphere here is great and the staff are all amazingly friendly.
The slogan of this place is come hangry leave happy is very correct. My husband and I came here after a very poor experience next-door at the Italian place. We both got the build your own bison burger the bison burgers were both cooked to medium and too perfection. They also had conscious healthy options as well I was able to get my burger without any type of bread and no fuss but mac & cheese on the burger was great. My husband got a fried egg on his burger. Everything was delicious. Well cooked. They also do offer email hair discount Staff was wonderful. Would come back here.
Cool place in Winter Garden. Nice atmosphere, great music blasting on the speakers, mostly classic rock, attentive and friendly staff, and most importantly, great beer on tap and great food. I had the Bourbon Wings and the Hangry Bison, both well made and very delicious. If I'm ever back in Winter Garden, I'll sure pay the Hungry Bison a visit!
The Hangry Bison absolutely crushed brunch. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and you can tell real care goes into their food. From start to finish the experience was smooth, welcoming, and delicious. The menu had a great variety and every dish we tried hit the mark. Easily one of the best brunch spots around and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Macie is amazing. Food and drinks were flawless. I loved how many unusual options were on the "build your own burger" list, including a short rib patty (delicious!) roasted tomatoes, green olives, and more. Do yourself a favor and try the green beans if you like a little kick of spice. We will be back.
Food was amazing, service was top notch, & drinks were on point!! We had cheese curds for appetizer, a bison burger & the ahi tuna for our mains, and a cocktail (fresh rain martini). Everything including our lovely server was 10 out of 10!!. Will be back for sure! Thank you
While visiting Florida and spending time with my best friend, we decided to stop by Hangry Bison in Winter Garden for lunch. Since I wasn’t in the mood for anything too heavy, I opted for the Bourbon Chicken Salad and I’m so glad I did! The salad featured grilled chicken glazed with bourbon sauce over mixed greens, topped with red onions, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and, for the first time ever in a salad for me, banana peppers. Everything was brought together with a delicious bacon bourbon vinaigrette. When I say this salad was absolutely delicious, I’m not exaggerating. The banana peppers took the flavor to a whole new level, adding the perfect amount of tang and crunch. Ever since that meal, I’ve been chasing that same combination and can’t wait to return just to order that salad again. The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of seating and a nicely sized bar area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The menu offers a great variety of options, and the burgers being served at the table next to us looked amazingso much so that I briefly questioned my salad choice! We also ordered some wings, which were very good as well. To top off a great lunch, we walked across the street to Jeni’s Ice Cream for dessert. It was the perfect ending to an already enjoyable afternoon and made the outing feel even more complete. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Great food, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Hangry Bison delivered on all fronts, and that Bourbon Chicken Salad is still one of the most memorable salads I’ve ever had. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Florida.
